Nokia finally start to see sense on mobile gaming

Nokia have finally started to make noises that its dropping its ludicrous N-Gage handheld in favour of building a gaming platform that can be leveraged by its standard handsets.

As an avid video game nut and a technology zealot I believe this is the way forward - I saw the N-gage at the E3 last year and it was just terrible. Their stand smacked of a large corporation throwing money at ‘this gaming thing’ - and gamers can smell a poor product coupled to massive marketing budget approach a mile off (just ask Gizmondo)

I mean just look at the thing they tried to foist on a pretty smart and tech literate market (who already have tiny mobile phones that work as, uhm, phones and tiny handheld gameing devices that do, uhm, games):
